Products
All products are subject to availability. House of Ghana may modify or discontinue products without notice.

Prices may change without notice. Orders are billed at the price shown at checkout.

Payment
Full payment is required before production or shipment.

Shipping
Shipping dates are estimates. House of Ghana is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for confirming all order details, including size, color, quantity, and shipping address, before submitting an order.

Returns
Returns must be requested within 5 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, personalized items, limited editions, clearance items, and worn or altered merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

Manufacturing Defects
Manufacturing defects must be reported within the 5-day return period. Approved claims may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at House of Ghana's discretion.

Intellectual Property
All House of Ghana logos, artwork, graphics, patterns, and designs are the exclusive property of House of Ghana and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
House of Ghana's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Product Substitutions
If an item, color, material, or design is unavailable, House of Ghana may substitute a similar product. Minor differences in color, style, or design may occur while maintaining comparable quality and purpose.
